I've bought ebooks from you but would like to read them on my iPAD. How do I do that?

You would be best to refer direct to Apple Support for these types of questions, as we're no device experts here - but we did find this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6006540?tstart=0 which might get you started

OR

you can email the files (epub) to any email account that you have set up on your iPAD and when you go to open the attachments it will ask if you want to use iBooks to do so.

I've bought ebooks from you but would like to read them on my Kindle. How do I do that?

If you are using a Kindle device or the Kindle app on your tablet or phone, you can email MOBI files directly to your Kindle address (please note - don't send EPUB files as they will be rejected).

Have you applied DRM to ebooks purchased through the Clan Destine Website? (Digital rights management or copy prevention).

When purchased via our website no. If you buy from the Amazon site, then we have asked that no DRM be applied, but you're dealing with the way that Amazon manages your downloads so you'll need to be aware of how that works... over there

I've added books here to my wishlist - where do I find the list.

Login on the site (http://www.clandestinepress.com.au/user) and you will see a menu link at the top called "My Account".

Click on that and you will see a tab headed "Wishlist". From there you will see a list of all the books you have added.

I have purchased ebooks from you since you updated the website but I didn't keep the email you sent out and didn't download them at the time. How do I access my ebooks?

Login on the site (http://www.clandestinepress.com.au/user) and you will see a menu link at the top called "My Account".

Click on that and you will see a tab headed "Ebook Purchases". From there you will see a list of all the ebooks you have purchased from us - click on the name of any file to download it to your local computer.

I have purchased ebooks from you in the past but now I can't seem to find them in My Account - I would like to be able to download them again.

I had a user account on this site and now it seems to have disappeared 

How do I check the list of orders that I've placed on your site.

After you have logged in on the site (http://www.clandestinepress.com.au/user) you'll be taken straight to your "Account" page (or click on the My Account link - there are tabs there which show you all of your orders (and a tab for you to access any ebooks purchased since the site changeover in 2014).

Getting the message: Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists site particularly in the order confirmation phase.

We're aware of this error and have reported to our system managers who are looking for the cause at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience - but you should be able to confirm any order details by using the My Account > My Orders link.

I had an account on your site but I can't seem to login or reset my password.

I can't login and I don't know what my password is.

If you have purchased ebooks etc from this site, you will have created a user account along the way. If you can't login the FIRST thing to do is reset your password.

Go to:

http://www.clandestinepress.com.au/user

and use the Request New Password tab

(Use your email address if you're unsure of your username).

You'll receive an email from the site with a reset link in it.

If you don't receive the email - check your spam folders.
