Sandy Curtis

Sandy Curtis tweets and talks about Bundaberg

I was asked by the lovely Wendy Davis, administrator of the @WeBundaberg twitter site if I would be a guest tweeter/twitterer for this week. I agreed, and so needed a quick instructional course on how to send a tweet etc without causing havoc. Thank heavens my daughter-in-law, author Cheryse Durrant, is a big twitter fan and although I already had a twitter account and tweeted occasionally, I felt I needed more knowledge.  Full Post

Sandy Curtis wins Prestigious 2012 Johnno Award

Our very own Sandy Curtis has won Queensland's prestigious 2012 Johnno Award.

Apart from being the author of six thrillers - published by us - Sandy is also the driving force behind Bundaberg WriteFest.

The Johnno Award is presented annually, to an individual or group, in recognition of their outstanding contribution to Queensland writers and writing.

The award was established in 2001 and named after the novel Johnno by David Malouf, founding patron of Queensland Writers Centre.

Fatal Flaw blows one reviewer away

Fatal Flaw the fifth book in the loosely-connected romantic suspense series by Sandy Curtis has been given a great review over on the Aussie Book Reviews website.

Take a trip over to the site for Kelly's review and then come back here and buy a copy of Fatal Flaw - in paperback or as an eBook. And then check out the great value of Sandy's whole series - published here at Clan Destine Press as eBooks.

Just what the hero and heroine deserve

Sandy Curtis blogs about writing, Fatal Flaw, and happily-ever-afters over at the Australian Romance Readers website.

ebook - Fatal Flaw by Sandy Curtis now available

We're really pleased to announce that FATAL FLAW is now available as an ebook from Clan Destine Press.  Stand by for announcements of the Kindle release of all of Sandy's ebooks.

Sandy Curtis just can't help herself

or how my characters keep coming back...

Have you ever not wanted to finish reading a book?

Not because you hated it, but because you loved the characters so much you didn’t want their story to end?

Well, that’s how I felt about Dance with the Devil… and I was writing the darn thing!

It made me realise how often I get frustrated when I had to leave the characters I had grown to love – the ones that other authors create.

Sandy Curtis and the eBook Adventure

Clan Destine Press is thrilled - AGAIN - and excited and generally, you know, woo-hooing!

This time we're thrilled to announce the release of five new eBooks - all at once - and all from the devious, yet somewhat romantic, mind of Sandy Curtis.

We published the paperback of Sandy's latest thriller Fatal Flaw in October and promised then we would follow it up with eBooks of all Sandy's previous thrillers.

Hence the whole being excited around Clan HQ this weekend.
